Instructions
Dolce typical of Christmas.
Put all the ingredients, including the egg and softened butter in a bowl and work quickly to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Keep it in the fridge for about 2 hours.
Flatten the dough to a thickness of 3-4 mm, with a special star stencil and drop them onto the previously lined with baking paper.
Put the plate in the middle of a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 7-10 minutes, then leave to cool the cookies on the plate itself.
For the icing, mix the icing sugar with 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and frosting cookies baked and cooled.

- 150 g of butter
- 150 g of fine ground hazelnuts
- 120 g of icing sugar
- 70 == G cocoa powder
- 1 egg

- 150 g of icing sugar
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
