Veal strips
Instructions
Cut into 2 cm strips of width the meat.
Chop the onion and FRY in butter then add the meat and let it jump over high heat.
Sprinkle with the marsala, let it evaporate and then salt the strips.
Lower the flame and cook for about 15 minutes.
Before serving garnish with parsley.

- 400 g of veal slices
- 1 onion
- Marsala wine
- Butter
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
