Instructions
Arrange on plate, combine flour, salt, egg and a little butter.
Knead dough, adding a little at a time.
Work well, wrap the dough in a cloth and let stand for 30 minutes.
Roll out with a rolling pin and cover the pastry with apples, peeled and chopped, raisins, lemon zest, sugar and a side of melted butter.
Roll the pastry on itself, putting it in a buttered mould; cover with the rest of the melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 45 minutes.
