Morsels of mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and olives
Instructions
Prepare 16 toothpicks.
Starting every skewer with black olive 1/2, 1/2 tomato, mozzarella and cherry 1 wrapped with anchovy fillets 2 then 1/2 and 1/2 tomato olive.
Arrange 4 small dishes head skewers and sprinkle with a little salt, oregano and, if desired, a few drops of olive oil extra virgin.

- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 16 cherries of mozzarella
- 16 pitted black olives
- 16 anchovy fillets
- Little of salt
- Abundant of oregano
- 1 tablespoon of oil extra virgin olive oil (optional)
