Salmon strudel
Instructions
Roll out the dough as per the instructions.
Let wilt leek and chopped carrot in oil and water and let them cool.
Whip the cream with the cold whites, cod, vegetables, chopped parsley, salt and paprika.
Roll out the dough to a rectangle of the mixture, cover with sliced salmon and finish with another layer of cod.
Close the browse to strudel and bake in the oven at 200 degrees hot for 25 minutes.

- 200 g of clean cod
- 100 g of salmon fillet
- 1 leek
- 1 carrot
- 1 egg whites
- 100 G = = Cream
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Sweet paprika
- Salt
