Instructions

In a pan place the Diced Bacon, half and half onions finely chopped carrots, salt and pepper.

On top of the vegetables you have the meat cut into cubes, the ham strips, the remaining carrots and sliced onions.

Cover flush with the wine and cook in covered Bowl for about three hours.

When cooked the meat should be tender and became the thickish sauce.
