Baked pork stew
Instructions
In a saucepan melt lard and leave when it's piping hot saucepan, heat all over the meat with the white wire from the kitchen.
Add the cloves, thyme, salt and pepper and cook over high heat for ten minutes.
Sprinkle with wine, evaporate, cover, reduce the heat.
When the meat is almost cooked, uncover, pour the lemon juice past the strainer, stir and turn off after five minutes.
Remove the wire, cut into slices and serve with spinach.
