Vegetable beef stew
Instructions
Stir with a whisk in a large bowl the eggs, salt and pepper.
Merge a little bit at a time the sieved flour, milk and, finally, the sieved yeast.
Clean and wash the vegetables, then cut slices Zucchini, artichoke hearts into wedges and chopped cauliflower.
Blanch in salted water the hearts of artichokes and cauliflower.
Drain vegetables thoroughly and pass a piece at a time into the batter.
Fry the pieces in abundant boiling oil (175-180 degrees), maintaining a constant temperature during cooking.
Turn the pieces, so they become swollen and Golden on both sides, then remove from the oil and let them drain on paper towels.
Add salt to taste and serve the hot morsels.
