Lamb in lemon sauce
Instructions
Finely chop the garlic and parsley.
Place in a saucepan with garlic and olive oil; Saute, add the Lamb pieces of medium size.
Cook for about 20 minutes then add the chopped parsley and extinguish the fire.
Beat 1 egg and 1 yolk; squeeze the lemon over the lamb and add the egg.
Turn on the gas for a few minutes and serve.

- 1000 g of sardinian lamb
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- Salt
