Angry Sauce (Sughetto Arrabbiato)
Instructions
Put the mushrooms in a bowl with hot water and let rehydrate for at least half an hour.
Meanwhile chop the onion and divide each clove of garlic in half.
Sauté the garlic in a pan (possibly after can be removed) and onion until imbionditi, then add the bacon and FRY for a few minutes.
Then add the tomato, dried mushrooms and chopped chilies.
Add salt and cook covered over medium-low for about twenty minutes.
Great with medium cutting pasta (penne, fusilli), well suited to larger denominations (such as tortiglioni, rigatoni).
Season with grated Parmesan cheese and serve with a good red.
