Prepare a risotto toasting the rice in a saucepan with the butter and cooking, combining hot broth.
Finally, stir in half the parmesan and let cool the risotto.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes and mix it with the ham, chopped parsley, parmesan, salt and a little beaten egg to get a soft compound.
Form of supplì, stuffed with the dough, flour, pass them in the egg, breadcrumbs and fry them.
