Instructions

Grate the rind of 1 orange, then squeeze all citrus fruits and filter the juice.

Cut diced Turkey and pass it in the flour.

Dry the sliced onion with 20 g of butter, rosolarvi the pieces until golden will be well.

Add salt and pepper, citrus juice, cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with 4 hours of cream, remove the lid and cook a few minutes.

Sprinkle with parsley.
