Saffron turkey
Instructions
In a crock sauté the onion with oil and butter, add the Turkey and roast it.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spolverizzarlo with a little flour, mix, wet with wine and let it evaporate high heat.
Dissolve saffron in the broth and add it to the Turkey.
Bring to simmer and cook in covered saucepan, adding broth if necessary.
Serve the stew with rice pilaf.

- 800 g of turkey stew
- 40 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Olive oil
- 25 cl of broth
- Pepper
- Little of flour
- Salt
