Fruit stuffed turkey
Instructions
Put the prunes in warm water to soften.
Remove the Peel chestnuts, put them to boil for 10 minutes in salted water, drain, spellatele and roundtrip in a saucepan where will bake covered in milk.
When chestnuts will have absorbed all the liquid, add the drained prunes, apples, slices cut the kernels of nuts well washed and chopped; stir the mixture and add the coarsely chopped bacon.
Stir again and wet the dough obtained with the brandy.
Put the stuffing in the Turkey (you will first clean and prepared for cooking), sew the opening and accomodate the Turkey in a large saucepan, pour over the melted butter, add the spices, salt and pepper.
Place in hot oven at 180 degrees for about 3 hours, adding frequently during cooking with its sauce.

- 1 3000 g turkey
- 300 g of chestnuts
- 300 g of prunes
- 300 g of apples
- 100 g of walnut kernels
- 100 g of lean bacon
- 50 g of butter
- Milk
- 2 cups of brandy
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Salt
- Pepper
