Taco salad dip
Instructions
In a bowl mix the avocado with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
In another bowl combine mayonnaise and sour cream.
Finally a third larger pot combine beans and pepper cut into small pieces.
Put on top of the avocado mixture.
Above put a layer with the cream mixture.
Sprinkle with chopped onions, tomatoes and olives.
Cover with chopped cheese; serve cool with fries.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 ripe avocado
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 500 g of precooked beans
- 1 pepper
- Green onions
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 stoned olives mature
- 200 g of cheddar cheese
- Some slices of cornbread (or grain)
