Tacos de queso
Instructions
Saute the onion in 2 tablespoons of oil until it soften.
Combine the tomatoes, peppers and oregano.
Cook slowly for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
In a deep frying pan to dip each tortilla in 2 tablespoons hot oil for 10 seconds.
Dry on paper towels.
Cut the cheese into 12 strips.
Put a piece of cheese and 2 tablespoons of salsa in the center of each tortilla, close the borders.
Place on a baking, cover with aluminum foil.
Bake at 180 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Uncover and cook 3-4 minutes.
Reopen the tortillas, add the sour cream and roll up.

- 450 g of peeled tomatoes
- 120 g of private green chili seeds and chopped
- 1 teaspoon of crushed dry oregano
