Put frozen peas in a saucepan with the butter and chopped onion, sprinkle with flour, stir, add the wine, salt, pepper, add saffron diluted with broth, Cook for 5 minutes and pour the egg yolk.
Cook pasta al dente and dress with the sauce and grated Parmesan.
