Noodles with butter and semolina
Instructions
Fry the semolina in the lard until it becomes Golden butter, adding in continuation a little water until it becomes soft.
Cook the noodles in salted water, put them in cold water, drain, add the semolina and saltatele.

- 80 g of semolina
- 230 g of type pasta noodles
- Salt
- 30 g of lard with butter
