Baked noodles
Instructions
Mix the flour with a little butter, broth, onion, celery, carrot, bay leaf and thyme.
Boil for 30 minutes.
Combine the cream, egg yolk and cheese melted in lukewarm milk.
Cook the artichokes into wedges in butter.
Boil the noodles and put some sauce and butter.
Arrange layers of noodles and artichokes in a pan greased with butter and grill.
