Tagliatelle al limone
Instructions
Wash the lemons well, dry and grate the peel of two.
In a saucepan heat the butter do, when it is foamy, add the rinds, season, wet with the cream and salted.
In boiling salted water, Cook the noodles, drain, put them in the sauce pan, stir gently.
Pour the noodles on a serving dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorated with the other lemon zest cut into julienne.

- 50 g of butter
- 50 G = = Cream
- Abundant of grated cheese
