Tagliatelle with corn
Instructions
In a saucepan, sauté the onion with butter, add the Diced Bacon and let flavour.
Add corn, salt and pepper.
Cook pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, drain; Add the fried Bacon and corn, hot sauce and Parmesan cheese.
Stir gently and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of canned corn
- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 50 g of bacon
- 1 cup of bechamel
- 1/2 sliced onion
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
