Noodles with enchantment
Instructions
Cook in boiling salted water, cook noodles separately the tomatoes, onion and garlic sprouts.
In a saucepan with oil, capers and anchovy Saute tomatoes, garlic and onion.
Drain the pasta and pour in the sauce sautee casserole by adding the milk and sprinkle with Parmesan.

- 5 ripe peeled tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 3 anchovies
- Capers
