Tagliatelle alla bolognese
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water.
Chop the bacon, onion, carrot and celery, put them in a pan with the butter and the minced beef and Brown.
Add the cloves and cook for 20 minutes.
When the meat has taken a bit of color, pour a glass of water and add the tomato, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Drain the pasta and once topped with the sauce and 3 tablespoons cream, sprinkle with the Parmesan.

- 50 g of butter
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 celery
