Tagliatelle alla giovannella
Instructions
Prepare the sauce 1/2 sear right onion and 1 clove of garlic in 1/2 glass of olive oil.
When the onion is golden, add the tomatoes and basil leaves.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
Prepare meatballs with ground beef mixed with 1/2 the sandwich wet, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese and salt then FRY them to add them to the sauce.
Drizzle with the noodles al dente and serve.
