Noodles with artichokes and prosciutto
Instructions
Cook the artichokes into wedges in the oil over low heat with chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Stir-fry the diced ham with 30 g of butter.
Boil the noodles until al dente, drain and coat with butter, ham, artichokes and Parmesan.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 100 g of ham
- 3 artichokes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of butter
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
