Noodles with carrots and bacon
Instructions
Peel carrots, cut them into cubes and put to boil with a pinch of salt.
Boil water for the pasta while you put the oil in a wide pan and bass, add the Diced Bacon and fry over low heat.
Add the diced carrots and let them always pass over low heat stirring.
When the water boils, throw the noodles, keeping in mind that usually have a fairly short cooking time.
When they are cooked, drain and season the sauce with carrots and parsley.
