Noodles with clams and artichokes
Instructions
To open clams and sgusciarli retaining water.
Sauté the garlic, then add the olives and artichokes, sauté briefly, Add clams and eventually their water.
Boil the pasta and toss in the sauce.
Serve garnished with onion rings and oil.
