Tagliatelle with prawns
Instructions
Clean the prawns and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.
FRY garlic and shallots in oil, removing them as they become browned, then pour the shrimp tomatoes and fish stock.
Add salt, pepper and add the orange zest.
Cook the sauce 5 minutes, remove from heat and add the chopped parsley Seasoned pasta and served piping hot.

- 250 g of type pasta noodles
- 1000 g of prawns
- 500 g of fish broth
- 70 == G olive oil
- 300 g of ripe tomatoes

- 2 cloves of garlic
