Yellow Noodles (Tagliatelle Gialle)
Instructions
Clean the pumpkin flowers, divide the most tender of the petals from the green one.
cut the latter, including the peduncles, strips.
Slice the onion and let it dry in a saucepan with the butter.
Join the green part of the flowers, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 glass of water, salt, pepper and Cook 20 minutes.
Then join the petals and the chopped Sage and cook another 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta al dente, drain it, season it with melted butter, yellow sauce and serve with pepper and grated Parmesan.
