Green tagliatelle ai quattro formaggi
Instructions
Slice the mozzarella, cut into sticks the other cheeses.
Boil the noodles al dente and drain.
Pay it in a buttered baking dish and soak with a ladleful of boiling water.
Add the chopped butter, cheese sticks and the slices of mozzarella.
Sprinkle with pepper and bread crumbs.
Bake at 190 degrees long enough to melt the cheese and serve.

- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- 1 mozzarella
- 50 g of dutch cheese
- 50 g of provolone cheese
- 70 g of butter
- Pepper
- Breadcrumbs
