Tagliatelle, artichokes and Prosciutto (2)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and divide them into wedges and wash them with water and lemon juice.
Salty after cooking them over low heat in olive oil with 1 chopped garlic and parsley, salt and pepper.
Dice the ham slices and toss them in the pan with the butter.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and seasoning them with a little butter then add the artichokes, ham and Parmesan.
Stir and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- 100 g of ham
- 3 artichokes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 lemon
- Salt
