Instructions

Shell the prawns and free them from the black thread on the back, then put them in the refrigerator in a bowl covered with plastic wrap.

In a large non-stick frying pan heat the oil and then go a couple of cloves of garlic crushed.

Remove the garlic when it starts to colorirsi, and add the shrimp shells, leaving them to turn brown.

Moisten with half a glass of white wine and let it reduce.

Also remove the shells.

Remove from heat and keep aside.

Wash the tomatoes and divide them up into eight.

Keep them aside.

Wash the Basil and remove the leaves, discarding the larger.

Keep them aside.

In another smaller skillet, pour a little oil.

Will cook for no more than 2 minutes the shrimp shelled while the pasta will cook.

Peel the kiwi, cut into thin disks discarding smaller ones, and divide each slice into two to get half moons.

Place them on the left edge of each plate, with the curved side facing outwards.

Their function is essentially aesthetic, but you can also eat: shrimp pastry marries well with the sour taste of kiwi.

Take shrimp shelled and 4 cut into small pieces.

While the pasta cooks skip the tomatoes in skillet for 2 minutes, then add the pieces of shrimp and then go for another two minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from the heat.

Cook spaghetti in salted water.

Choose thin egg.

If you do not make at home or is not a good Artisan Pasta Maker, use of Emilia of Barilla which are not at all bad.

While the pasta cooks skip the remaining 12 crabs in the second pan for 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta al dente and spadellarla with the tomatoes and pieces of shrimp for a minute to fire.

Place it on the plates, place to the right of 3 whole shrimp pasta dish, and above the pasta basil leaves and pink pepper.

Do not stir the pot, but bring it to the table as follows.
