Noodles baked in foil
Instructions
In a saucepan combine the coarsely chopped cooked ham and all diced cheese plus Parmesan.
Combine butter into small pieces and cook in a double boiler, over low heat, stirring until all cheese is melted.
Out of the fire combine salt, pepper and nutmeg.
With this sauce seasoning tagliolini cooked al dente, then pour in 1 aluminum foil.
Close the foil, and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 100 g of ham
- 80 g of fontina cheese
- 100 g of mozzarella
- 80 g of gruyere cheese
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 100 g of butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
