Tagliolini al limone
Instructions
Put in a pot of boiling salted water and bring it to a boil.
Apart, melt the butter in a Bain-Marie together with lemon peels obtained with the peeler (be careful to discard the white part of the Peel is especially bitter).
Cook the pasta al dente and pour into a bowl.
