Tagliolini with salmon and broccoli
Instructions
Finely chop the onion, peeled, rinsed and dried with absorbent kitchen paper.
Pour into a pan and Brown it in hot oil for a few minutes, then add smoked salmon, cut into strips, salt, pepper, butter and simmer gently for about 5-6 minutes.
Then add the fried broccoli, boiled and coarsely chopped and continue cooking at low heat.
Meanwhile, heat the noodles in boiling salted water until al dente, drain and pour into the Pan by mixing vigorously and rapidly along with the rest.
Serve immediately hot.
Feature: save the cooking water, it might be useful if i were a little dry noodles.
Tip: to make it even more delicious your noodles, you could add in the cream.

- 280 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 100 g of smoked salmon
- 400 g of broccoli
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
