Tagliolini with herbs (2)
Instructions
Very finely chop the herbs.
Wash the tomatoes, dry them and cut them into strips.
Sauté the garlic in the oil over low heat and then delete it.
Pour in oil the tomatoes and let them wilt, add the pine nuts and chopped and aromatic flavour, always at low heat for a few minutes.
Boil the noodles in salted water, drain and toss with the sauce of herbs.
Serve with shredded cheese.

- 400 g of type pasta tagliolini with eggs
- 50 g of pine nuts
- Mixed herbs (thyme, oregano)
- 3 mature pachino tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Cheese
- Salt
- Olive oil
