Instructions
Have on the work plan flour "Fountain", add the yeast dissolved in warm water, the other ingredients (I recommend, margarine should be smooth, not melted!) and finally as much milk as required to get a soft dough.
Work the dough for about a quarter of an hour, then cover it and let it rise in a warm place until double.
Then, mix again for a few minutes, forming small Pats and still let them rest covered for about half an hour.
To heat the oil in a frying pan with high edges quite a bit the Pats pull with your hands and fry them in hot oil well from both sides.
Finally sprinkle with sugar.

- 500 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 G = = Margarine
- 1 sachet of vanillin
- == 1 lemon (zest)
- 1 block of brewer's yeast
- Soymilk
