Instructions
Clean the avocados, cut the flesh into cubes and put it in the mixer with the walnut kernels crushed, the lemon juice, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Blend to obtain a smooth cream.
Cook the pasta in salted water and dress with avocado cream softened, if necessary with a few tablespoons of the cooking water.

- 500 g of fresh tagliolini pasta type
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon (juice)
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 6 walnut kernels
