Tagliolini escapes and flee
Instructions
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic.
Next, add the chopped anchovies, pine nuts, chili and stir carefully.
Meanwhile, in another pan, pour a goccino oil and add the breadcrumbs.
FRY for a few minutes, taking care not to colorirlo too and mix with a wooden spoon.
Soon after, scalded in salted water the pasta al dente, drain and pour into the pan.
Add the chopped parsley, the browned bread crumbs and stir vigorously and quickly.
Serve immediately.
Tip: save the cooking water, might be useful.

- 400 g of type pasta noodles
- Anchovies in olive oil
- 25 g of pine nuts
- 3 cloves of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Chili powder
