Tarator
Instructions
Cut into slices not too thin cucumbers, cover with salt and keep in the refrigerator a few hours because they lose the bitter.
When serving drain cucumbers, then toss them in a soup-tureen, sprinkle with a little salt, white pepper, add a small clove of chopped garlic and mix well.
Add the cucumbers washed and dried.
Cover with the yoghurt and serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 cups of whole yoghurt
- 2 fresh small cucumbers
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt
- Little of white pepper
