Tartar in cognac
Instructions
In a bowl mix all the ingredients, except the meat, until mixture is smooth.
Add meat and stir to mix well.
Arrange on a plate giving the mixture is shaped like a steak.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of cognac
- 1 anchovy fillet, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic pounded with oil
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Pepper
- 200 g of minced beef
