Cheese canapés and Brandy (3)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the roquefort to soften it.
Soak half a small glass of brandy and carefully fold five kernels of nuts (keep some for decoration) and a tablespoon of finely chopped well pine nuts, add a bit of pepper.
Spread cream cheese on slices of bread cut into floppy and decoratele with a walnut kernel.
