Pâté canapés
Instructions
Cook the liver in a little olive oil; Add cheese, parsley, butter and salt and blend everything until you get a soft and fluffy.
Pour the cream into a bowl and store in refrigerator for a few hours.
Finally, toast the slices of bread, cut each into four triangles which are then coated with plenty of Pate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 slice of calf liver
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cheese
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 slices of bread
