Bonet
Instructions
Whip the eggs with four spoons of sugar until white and frothy cream.
Diluitela with the warm milk poured flush, add the amaretti, bitter chocolate powder and the rum (the latter is optional).
Stir.
In a pan add the remaining sugar, inumiditelo just with a little water, put on the heat and caramelize.
When sugar begins to colorirsi remove from heat and pour it into a rectangular mold kept warm.
Turn the mold so that sugar running can velarne bottom and walls.
Let cool.
Pour the cream into the mold, put on the heat and cook in a double boiler on the stove, even better in the oven for about an hour.
The bonet is baked when dipping a toothpick the withdrawn out dry.
Let cool and pudding dessert, turn out.

- 4 eggs
- 160 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of bitter chocolate
- 50 cl of milk
- 50 g of amaretti biscuits
- 1 dram of rum (optional)
