Tuna canapés
Instructions
Hard boil the egg, let it cool and shell it.
Puree the drained tuna with half a tablespoon of capers and 30 g of onions.
In a bowl mix the butter until creamy, add the boiled egg sifted and blended with tuna.
Squirt with lemon juice filtered to colander, add salt and a little oil.
Stir until you get a soft and homogeneous cream.
Divide in half the bread slices and spread the mixture with a spatula or with a wet knife.
Garnish each with olive Canapé doughnut and cut some strips of pepper

- 80 g of green olives
- 80 g of tuna in olive oil
- 30 g of pickled onions
- 25 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 1 pickled pepper
- Capers
- 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Salt
