Avocado canapes
Instructions
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, cut the flesh into small pieces.
Put it in the Blender, join the flesh of half a lemon and the juice of half the filtered colander, cheese, a few drops of Worcestershire sauce, chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Operate up to reduce the mixture to a thick cream.
Spalmatela on canapés in a thin layer, above you have the tomatoes washed, dried and cut in half.
Decorate the plate with some fresh basil leaves

- 2 avocado
