Canapés to the tuna mousse
Instructions
Finely chop the tuna (even better the ventresca) with anchovies; blend the mixture obtained combining the hard yolk and breadcrumbs previously soaked in milk and squeezed.
Passed in a bowl and mix with a little softened butter until the mixture fluffy.
Spread on buttered bread and garnish with capers.
Arrange on a serving dish and serve

- 8 slices bread
- 100 g of tuna
- Capers
- Breadcrumbs
- 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
- 3 anchovies
- Butter
