Hot canapés to fontina
Instructions
In a bowl Beat egg yolks well with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Add the two cheeses grated.
mix well before adding, delicately, the egg whites.
This mixture is spread between two slices of bread which is baked at 250 degrees for a few minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Hot pepper
- Sliced bread
