Instructions

Prepare a paste with 250 g.

flour, 5 g baking powder, a pinch of salt, 1 egg, 80 g of butter and 1/2 cup of low-fat yoghurt.

Let it sit for 1/2 hour in the refrigerator, pull a sheet, cut 6 cm discs.
