Instructions
Clean and wash the shrimp; boil for five minutes in water acidulated with lemon juice and salt lightly.
drain very well.
When are cold Peel, cut the flesh into small pieces, dress with mayonnaise, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
Grease just the surface of the bread slices, lay over a crispy lettuce, fill it with chopped shrimp.
Arrange the canapes on a serving dish, decoratele with slices of hard-boiled egg and serve immediately.
